4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Overtime Media Productions retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes (reels, website portfolio, or social media). Client content and raw materials remain the property of the client.

5. Confidentiality

All footage, scripts, and materials shared with Overtime Media Productions are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required to complete contracted services.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure professional quality, Overtime Media Productions is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays, technical issues, or misuse of deliverables beyond our control.

7. Revisions and Approvals

Revisions and approvals will follow the process outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
